Wood frame to back door split where screen door attaches

Situation was assessed on 6/23/03.  The door frame damage was caused by the incorrect installation of the screen/storm door.  The door check which stops the door from swinging to far is screwed into the door frame with 1" screws instead of 21/2" to 3" screws.  The shorter screws only screw into the trim which is not strong enough to take the weight of the door when blown by the wind.  The longer screws screw into the 2"x4" frame which is much stronger.  PRVA is not responsible for the installation of the door.

28b 43 Lexington Rd. The wood frame around the front door is rotten this was noticed when the owner attempted to install a new storm door. 8/2003 repaired Dec 2003 
10 Electrical power panels

All electrical power panels will be inspected. Those that fail the inspection will be repaired or replaced

The first electrical panels (electric meters) has been installed (9/10 Village Green).   The electrician has inspected most panels. Most passed inspection. Will be reviewed periodically.

51-52 meter panels replaced 9/03. 43 Lexington scheduled to be replaced 12/03.
