Annual Meeting 2003 - took place at the Grafton Elementary School on October 8th It took a while to get a quorum, but yummy refreshments were available for the wait. The President gave his report, there was a lively question and answer period, the Treasurer's Report and then the voting. The meeting was finished in time for most people to catch most of the Red Sox game.... Thank you to those who came and for those who gave proxies. 2003

Annual Meetings of Condo Associations are very important. With only 98 possible votes, YOUR vote DOES count! This is the forum to ask your questions and decide who will represent you as your Board of Governors for the next fiscal year. This year, all five seats are up for reelection.

Modified Procedure For Electing Governors to the Board at PRV Previous Elections: In the past, Governors were elected at the Annual Meeting by members of the Association or by their designated proxies. Unfortunately, very few unit owners even bother to attend the Annual Meeting. Some members may give a written proxy to a designated person, giving that person permission to represent the member at the Annual Meeting and it also authorizes the person holding the proxy to cast votes at the Annual Meeting.
