Hi
Everyone: Just to let you know- I put
a bid on a house in Havelock and the
offer was accepted. It is a two story
Colonial with Living room, kitchen,
dining room, fireplace, two car
garage, 2 large bedrooms and a FROG
(finished room over the garage) as well
as a small office on the second floor,
two full baths and a small awfully cute
sink and toilet under the stairs. It
was built in l986 and has recently been
re-sided, new windows, great lighting
fixtures, Bose surround sound in my
bedroom which used to be the family
room, and a fairly new roof. It has a
large fenced in backyard and is in
a desirable neighborhood. It also has a
hot-tub which I don't really need but am
considering keeping for the summer and
filling with cool water to cool off.
We'll see. I am excited about this
house. The neighborhood reminds me of
New England which I dearly miss. ~ Jan
