Community Spirit - Our PRVA community residents organize and participate in multi-family yard sales twice a year. Our owners organize neighborly events such as open houses, book clubs, and walking clubs. Our enewsletter invites neighbors to participate each month to exchange ideas, suggestions and articles. This site provides a password protected area for the Board of Governors and a password protected owner's section. It also provides an easy interactive method for members of the Association to communicate with their Board of Governors, and with each other. In addition, there is a buyer and seller's tool section, providing needed documentation such as Master Deed, By-Laws, Insurance information, and other documents. |
