Financials -

Our by-laws state "The Board of Governors shall cause to be kept detailed records of the actions of the Board of Governors and the Association, including but not limited to minutes of the meetings of the Board of Governors, minutes of the meetings of the Townhouse Owners and financial records and books of account of the Association, which records shall be made available for inspection by Townhouse Owners and their authorized agents and by holders, insurers, and guarantors of first mortgages which are secured by Townhouses in the Condominium."
