...to provide a secure password-protected area for the Board of Governors, a 'virtual' office to electronically store contracts, financials, owner records, letterhead, and the many many other documents that provide the history and other needed information to support a volunteer group of people.
...to provide an unsecure (not password protected) public section and a secure owner's section to post and communicate important information to the members of the Association... from legal documentation like the By-Laws to reminders of the Dog Rules to how to protect your unit from the cold.
...to provide an electronic method for Members of the Association to communicate with their Board of Governors, and with each other.
