Changes in Flower Beds Board Meetings, Minutes
As soon as this rain stops, Crockett's GreenLawn Service in Northboro, our new landscaper,  will be removing any stones, bricks or rocks and then giving each bed a neat edge- this is to make each front bed look more tidy and uniform.. more here

The April board meeting will be held at 3 Lexington on April 12th at 6:00p.m. You are welcome to attend, just let the board know.

Minutes from the February board meeting are posted in the private area. If you do not know the owner ID and password, just ask.

Statistics Vendors
www.PaulRevereVillage.com  is being viewed by 500-600 viewers per week, based on user sessions! That is amazing. See the statistics here. If you'd like to see other reports, go ahead and follow the directions on the statistics page to get to the real-time data.

As of March 22, there have been 6 units sold in 2004 with an average price of $205,000! See the graph and details here.   In 2003 there were 13 units sold. We're already almost half way there already.

As a reminder, we have a list of vendors on the site. If you have used a vendor you would like to recommend, please let me know so it can be posted. These are not necessarily board recommended vendors, but owners have used them and recommended them. If they are good, spread the word.

Max has joined the Fontaine family. The Miniature Pinscher Rescue League now has one less adoptable minpin. Max won our hearts. He found his 'forever' home.

Association Affiliations Question of the Moment

Community Associations Institute (CAI) and Regenesis.net are two organizations that have a lot to say about Community living. There are two logos on the bottom of our home page.  PRVA is a member of CAI. Regenesis is a resource I find useful. There logos and links to them on our home page.
