PRVA Annual
Meeting This year, our annual homeowners' meeting will be held
at the Grafton Elementary School on Millbury St. on September
14, 2005 at 7pm.
A meeting packet
will be delivered to you before the meeting. Included in the
packet will be a sample ballot and a proxy. If you cannot join
us at the meeting, please fill out the proxy and submit it in
the PRVA mail box or delegate another homeowner to represent
you at the meeting who is planning to attend.
Also in the packet
will be a mortgage info sheet. Please fill this out and return
promptly, as I need to update Wachusetts Insurance (our master
policy) with this timely information.
In accordance with
Article V, Section 5 of the By-Laws, we are required to have a
quorum (50 homeowners or proxies) at our annual meeting.
Please make every effort to attend or submit a proxy.
PRVA has 5 Board
positions. Current Board members Laurie Guptill, Helena
Flanagan and Paula Bradley will be on the ballot for
re-election. Last year, Fred Stevens was elected to a 3 yr
term, Brian Burns to a 2 yr. term. Anyone wishing to run for a
Board position must submit your name before August 15th to be
on the ballot. We look forward to seeing both old and new
neighbors! - Laurie Guptill

PRVA Emails-
The Board@paulreverevillage.com
email has been down since July 5th. I apologize to the many
homeowners who had emailed with ant problems and other
maintenance issues. If you have not
received a response from me saying that I have received your
email, please email again! As many of you know, I try to reply
promptly to your requests and forward your question or concern
to the appropriate Board member. Again, my apologies for any
inconvenience. Laurie Guptill, Clerk, PRVA
The hosting company has
changed their server system. It was supposed to be a seamless
event. However, turns out their website mail system dropped
all of its forwarding information. It has been resolved.
We apologize for this inconvenience!

Monday, Sept. 12th
will be our FREE trash pickup day! ANYTHING you want to
dispose of (furniture, paint, oil, computers) just put at the
end of your driveway and it will be picked up. Also please
clean out from under your decks- nothing should be stored
there for the winter. Garages should not be used as storage,
as parking at PRVA is at a premium. Please clean out your
garage so that you can park one car in it- and junk should not
be piled so high that it is visible through the garage
windows! Please! This is your opportunity to get rid of all of
your old junk so that your neighbors don't have to look at
it!

not even temporarily and NEVER on the grass or sidewalks! Park
