Want to see a very simple primer on how to create websites?...more

Randy thanks Paula Bradley. "I often see Paula Bradley carrying a garbage bag and picking up trash when she is out walking.  It would be nice if people would throw their coffee cups and soda cans in the trash instead of throwing them out their car window or leaving them on the lawns."

Michelle thanks Lennie Tessier for helping with the same trash collecting chore. Thanks Lennie!

Weight Watcher Info

Misc. - Nonsense stuff

Our very own PRVA Weight Watcher success story.

Ever wonder how a Wendy's Grilled Chicken Sandwich  or a Dunkin Donuts bagel fits into Weight Watchers point system? Check it out.

Ever wonder where the expression "Don't throw the baby out with the bathwater" came from?

A 'little bit of fun nonsense' can be found in the Pet Community section.
Onset Bay Harbor with moving water

.. http://www.wigglebits.com . Honestly, this is a very easy read. It was written by an author to help teachers show their young students. If you are just ready to dip your toe into the webworld, give it a look. It has basic concepts about html code, images for the web, setting pages up, etc.

Here's a WW success story website along with tons of info like restaurant point values. Oh.. the chicken sandwich is 6 points and the bagel is 8 points.

Don't Throw the Baby Out With the Bathwater ! (author anonymous)

Baths equaled a big tub filled with hot water. The man of the house had the privilege of the nice clean water, then all the other sons and men, then the women and finally the children. Last of all the babies. By then the water was so dirty you could actually lose someone in it.
Hence the saying, "Don't throw the baby out with the bath water."
