December 2007 - reaching most PRVA members - www.paulreverevillage.com

What's new at Paul Revere Village?

Board Stuff

Paul Revere Village now has a new look to its website. There is also an improved message board for sharing information with people in the PRV community.

Jeff Grinnell is our new webmaster and has designed a very interactive site. He has leveraged new and exciting technologies for use in the Discussion Boards and Photo Galleries. All PRVA homeowners are invited to explore the site and contribute. Your contributions will make the site an extraordinary site!

FiOS Update

As of this writing, 89 units have been wired for FiOS, that's 91%, which is a very good statistic. Those that have not had their units wired, will probably pay a hefty installation fee should they ever decide to subscribe to FiOS. Verizon will return the week of December 3rd to finish the outside wiring plus 5 more units have committed to the installation (which brings the total to 94 units or 96%!). Most folks that I spoke with are looking forward to benefiting from FiOS (at the very least, they have some bargaining power with Charter). I am excited to experience the FiOS difference.

Board of Governors:

Board Meetings are normally scheduled for the 1st Monday of each month, at 3 Lexington, 6:00p.m. Please email the board, or let them know another way, if you are going to attend. If you have concerns and want direct answers, this is the best way...attend and ask.

                                                Winter Parking

We will be enforcing the "Winter No Parking" rules again this year. If you are not familiar with the rules, they are on the website and are posted at the mailboxes.

The general rule is when the first flake falls, MOVE YOUR CAR! There is NO parking on Bunker Hill during snowfalls.

When you hear the plows, please move your cars from the driveways, so they can be plowed as well. Please let the plows do their job.

Household Tip of the Month

CLEANING and ORGANIZING

Reheating leftover pizza: Heat up leftover pizza in a nonstick skillet on top of the stove, set heat to medium low and heat until warm. This keeps the crust crispy. No more soggy microwave pizza! Try it!

Can't find the bottom of your closet? I can help! Want to put your car in the garage but have no room? I can help! Just too busy to get to the everyday dust? I can help!

Now is a great time to have someone help you with sprucing up for the holidays. I have been helping people just like you for over 10 years. I can help you with both your weekly and major cleaning. I am discreet and fast. You'll be up and running in no time. References available. Immediate openings. Call now for a free estimate. 1-508-865-7893. Ask for Chris.

Merry Christmas!

Happy Hanukah!
