Electrical Project Update

Real Estate Taxes and Paul Revere Village - Remember when our taxes jumped.?... read why... UPDATE October 2003 -  As announced at the Annual meeting, Garabedian Electric has checked many of our electrical boxes and determined that they are in good shape. He has a few more to check but it appears this potentially expensive project will not be realized to the extent projected. It is also good that all the meter plugs WERE checked. Now we have a record of their condition.

Grandbaby arriving!
"
My daughter Robin has just  moved in with me and is expecting a baby boy somewhere between 12/28 & 01/05.  We've been busy cleaning out and reorganizing to make room for her and the new baby.  This will be my fourth grandchild - all boys!  It's been over 30 years since I've had a baby living in the house with me.  Am excited about welcoming "Ethan" into the world, my home, and our lives -- but not sure how I'll manage with a lot less sleep!"  :-)  Regards, Cheryl B.

Retirement is sweet!
Bob F. had a birthday and retired, all in the same day! Festivities for the last week included a huge retirement party put on by the Primary school in Whitinsville. Over 70 people wished him well. Then yesterday, the teachers gave him a birthday party in the morning. His last day ended with him sitting on the stage in front of 400 kindergarten and 1st graders who sang to him and gave him their hand-drawn presents. Then all 400 of them said goodbye as they were exiting the cafeteria. What a wonderful ending to a very satisfying career!
