This year, our annual homeowners' meeting will be held

A meeting packet
will be delivered to you before the meeting. Included in the
packet will be a sample ballot and a proxy. If you cannot join
us at the meeting, please fill out the proxy and submit it in
the PRVA mail box or delegate another homeowner to represent
you at the meeting who is planning to attend.
Also in the packet
will be a mortgage info sheet. Please fill this out and return
promptly, as I need to update Wachusetts Insurance (our master
policy) with this timely information.

In accordance with
Article V, Section 5 of the By-Laws, we are required to have a
quorum (50 homeowners or proxies) at our annual meeting.
Please make every effort to attend or submit a proxy.

"Summertime
- The mornings are quiet now. The diets of the Robins have
changed as well, from work and insect seeking to fruit
seeking. And they are getting fatter. I have often wondered
just how many ounces of fat a robin uses to fly sough and
exactly how that compares to our more familiar miles per
gallon. A few ounces of fat will take birds thousands of
miles. We can only envy such fuel efficiency."

the rest of this article which has suggestions for our fall
flower containers.

Open House - Remember?
|
|
Nine people
attended the first meeting, what a success! They have even
started a Yahoo Discussion Group for members to keep the
conversation going through the month.
The
club's first choice of book is The Kite Runner, based
on excellent reviews from Pat and Beth. It
is about a boy growing up in Afghanistan. The next meeting is
September 27. Email
Rebecca if you are interested in attending the next meeting - MsBedelia@aol.com.

Last
year..."What a wonderful event. We have
pictures of 7 units, grouped by unit and by element (like
kitchen, living room, window treatment, lighting, etc.) - link
here. It
started with a simple email. Laurie suggested we think about
an Open House event. That started the ball rolling to what has
turned out to be the most positive social event our Townhouse
Association has had in its 22 years of existence. Not only
that, but there were numerous positive ripple effects. Read
more here! To
navigate to it , go to member/unit changes/house
tour 2004." Shall
we do it again this year? We need a volunteer to step forward
and be the organizer. If interested, please
let me know.

second bedroom and join the fun for the Fall PRVA Yard Sale

the entrance and sell your treasures! Please email Board@paulreverevillage.com
if you plan to participate. Setup is 7am-9am, yard sale 9am-noon.
|
Monday, Sept. 12th
will be our FREE trash pickup day! ANYTHING you want to
dispose of (furniture, paint, oil, computers) just put at the
end of your driveway and it will be picked up. Also please
clean out from under your decks- nothing should be stored
there for the winter. Garages should not be used as storage,
as parking at PRVA is at a premium. Please clean out your
garage so that you can park one car in it- and junk should not
be piled so high that it is visible through the garage
windows! Please! This is your opportunity to get rid of all of
your old junk so that your neighbors don't have to look at
it!
