September 2007 - reaching most PRVA members - www.paulreverevillage.com

Did you notice...

 Board Stuff

...that our outgoing mailbox is missing? The Post Office determined that there was not enough mail to warrant a separate pickup at the times indicated on the box. (I guess most of us have learned to pay bills on-line and communicate via e-mail, thus reducing the cost to mail J)! After several phone calls to the Post Office, they finally created an outgoing mailbox for PRVA residents. The carrier will pick up the outgoing mail when s/he drops off the mail.

OUR TAX DOLLARS AT WORK!

Look for the box that says "Outgoing mail"

Board of Governors:

President Fred Stevens
Treasurer Eric Hatcher
Clerk Laurie Guptill
Director Helena Flanagan
Director Ellen Mushlin

Financials through July 2007 are posted here.

Minutes through June 2007 are posted here.

Board Meetings are normally scheduled for the 1st Monday of each month, at 3 Lexington, 6:00p.m. Please email the board, or let them know another way, if you are going to attend. If you have concerns and want direct answers, this is the best way...attend and ask.

PRVA Home Tour PRVA Annual Owners Meeting

We haven't received any volunteers to hold a House Tour. If you think this is a good idea, please e-mail the Board no later than September 6th. If we have no volunteer, then we will need to cancel the event. I am willing to open my home up for view...anyone else? I'm sure we have some very creative decorators out there. Show off your stuff!

Come meet your neighbors, get ideas and give ideas. Even if you're new to Paul Revere Village, you can get neighbors in to give you some good ideas and hints.

The PRVA Annual meeting will be held in October at the Grafton Elementary School- date TBD. You will be receiving meeting packets shortly. Please make it a priority to attend the meeting or send in a proxy. We MUST have a quorum (50 owners or more) to hold our annual meeting. Our accountant, Steve Richer, will be available to answer any budget or fiscal questions. We will also be voting for the Board of Governors. If you would like to have your name on the ballot for election, please e-mail the Board before October 1st.
Congratulations

In Loving Memory

Heart Walk

Shania J, age 12, loving pet to Laurie Guptill and Randy Struckus, passed into eternal life on August 23, 2007. Donations can be made to Doberman  Rescue Unlimited.

Everyone knows somebody affected by heart disease or stroke. For those I love, I will be walking in this year's Heart Walk in memory of my Dad. I have set a personal goal to raise funds for the American Heart Association. Please help me reach my donation goal by making a donation on-line. Your donation will help fight our nation's no. 1 and no. 3 killers: heart disease and stroke. You will be making a difference. Please click here: www.kintera.org to make a secure on-line donation.

Thank you,

Ellen Mushlin
