| WOOF! My name is Archie Romano and I live
with Diane at 17 Lexington Road. I'm a sable-coated Shetland Sheepdog,
or "sheltie" for short, and I was born almost 13 years ago in
Colorado. I tried out several homes in my first three years of life, but
none suited me. Then I hooked up with Diane and have been a happy lad
ever since.
I'm a homebody and I like a lot of things especially dog treats,
people, canteloupe, kids, cheese, cats, carrots,
the couch, ice cream, the bed, lettuce, my pal Bob, watermelon,
and other dogs. As you can see from my pix, I enjoy just about any food
that comes my way.
To learn more about my breed, go to the American Shetland Sheepdog
Association home page at www.assa.org.
If you want a sweet, obedient, loyal and gentle canine companion
consider adopting one of my clan from a Sheltie rescue.
So long for now. See you around the hood! |
Hello, I'm Buster, a beautiful feline as you can see. I
suppose it's appropriate for me to be the first feline in PRVA's Pet
Community as I do live with the President, Fred.
According to Fred, I am an 'it', although I'm not sure
what that means!
I'm very friendly and like to get very involved with
anyone who comes into my house.
And, of course, my favorite perch is one with a big
window view, especially now that spring is here and there are lots of
birds flying about!
