 Snow, Ice, Steps and Salt
Do not use salt or products containing salt on outside  steps, especially the front concrete steps.

Read the labels – use only a NON SALT substance on your stairs. (“Ice Melt’ is one brand..read the labels). It destroys the steps and replacement is a costly homeowner responsibility. We suggest a product that contains calcium chloride.
Snow Removal
The routine for snow removal will be:

1.  Open the roads initially.

2.  After the snow stops, clear the roads.

3.  As they clear the roads, they will clear the mailbox area, multi-car lots and driveways  that are free of vehicles.  If a vehicle is in the driveway when they get to that area, they will not return later to plow the driveway out.  Therefore, vehicles must be moved from driveways and multi car lots so they can be plowed.  Anyone using the mailbox parking area to park must move the vehicle to allow this area to be plowed.  The purpose of our two snow blowers is not to clear your driveway if you neglect to move your car.

4.  Someone will shovel your stairs as quickly as they can get to them.
