6-D Certificates
If you are selling or refinancing your unit, you must have a 6-D certificate from the Board of Governors stating that all condominium fees have been paid before you can close on the property. Please email or call well in advance of the closing to allow us time to get the document issued and notarized.
Also, if there is a balance due to the Association, you will be required to make the payment with a certified bank check.
